01
Agreement and parties
Behbot is operated by a registered sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) in Ukraine under the Behbot brand (the "Operator", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between the Operator and you (the "Customer", "you") and govern the website behbot.online and the account dashboard (together, the "Service").
You accept the Terms by creating an account, adding credit, starting a job or otherwise using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you act on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that entity.
The Terms, the Privacy Policy, the prices shown on the home page and any individual terms agreed with you in writing together are the entire agreement between us and replace any earlier discussions or arrangements. If we provide a translation of the Terms, the English version prevails.
02
The Service
Behbot runs visit jobs on Google Search for a website you specify. For each job you set the domain, one or more search queries, the country and the device type (desktop or mobile) or random ones for each attempt, the number of attempts, the period over which they run and the click-through rate (CTR): the share of attempts that should become clicks. Optional parameters, such as the search language, the number of result pages to look through and the time to stay on the site, are set on the new job page. A job currently has up to 10,000 attempts and a period of up to 30 days; current limits are shown on that page.
- A click attempt searches one of your queries on Google, looks for an organic result of your domain on the result pages, opens it and stays on the site for a short time: a random 10 to 60 seconds, or the number of seconds you set.
- A view attempt searches the query in the same way, finds the organic result of your domain and dwells on it without opening the site.
- Attempts are made from real browser sessions through proxy connections in the country you chose (or, if you chose none, in countries from our whole proxy pool) and are spread evenly over the period. The Service looks for and interacts with organic results only; it never clicks, views or targets paid advertisements.
- Each attempt ends with one result: a click that reached your website (
clicked), a view of your result (seen), not found (your domain did not appear on the result pages that were checked), failed (a technical failure that persisted after our retries) or cancelled. Where your result was found, we report the result page and position, the address and title as Google displayed them and, for a click, the page the visit landed on and the time spent there.
Jobs are created and managed only in your account dashboard: you start a job on the new job page and follow its progress and results in your job history. Countries and prices are shown on the home page.
The Service is a technical tool. Behbot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google; Google is a trademark of Google LLC. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, including countries, prices, limits and features, at any time.
03
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide a valid email address that you control, confirm it when we ask you to and keep it current.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, whether or not you authorised it: whoever signs in to it can start jobs that are charged to your balance and cancel your jobs. Keep your password confidential and notify us at
[email protected]immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. If you sign in with Google, keep that Google account secure as well: whoever controls it can sign in to your Behbot account with the same email address. - We may refuse to open an account, and may suspend or close an account at any time, where we reasonably believe that the account is used in breach of the Terms, for fraud, for unlawful activity, in a way that harms the Service, other customers or third parties, or where continuing to serve you would expose us to legal or regulatory risk.
- You may not transfer or share your account. We may require you to verify your identity, your authority over the domains you promote or the source of your funds where we or our providers are obliged or reasonably need to do so.
04
Balance, prices and charges
- The Service is prepaid. Your account holds a balance denominated in US dollars. The balance is a prepayment for the Service only: it is not money, has no cash value, is not transferable and does not earn interest. It does not expire and can be spent on jobs at any time while your account is open.
- The Service has one price per click and one price per view, the same in every country and for jobs without a country, shown on the home page. The number of clicks in a job is the number of attempts multiplied by the CTR and rounded to the nearest whole number; the remaining attempts are views.
- Reservation: when a job starts, its full price is deducted from your balance at once as a reservation: planned clicks multiplied by the click price, plus planned views multiplied by the view price, at the prices in effect at that moment. A job starts only if your balance covers its full price.
- Charge: when the job finishes, you are charged only for attempts that became a click (
clicked) or a view (seen): clicks achieved multiplied by the reserved click price, plus views achieved multiplied by the reserved view price. Attempts that were not found, failed for technical reasons or were cancelled are not charged. Charged clicks and views are final, whatever their effect on your website, its rankings or its traffic. - Return of the unspent reservation: the reservation minus the charge is returned to your balance as a single entry when the job closes, without any request from you. This return is your sole remedy for attempts that were not found, failed or were cancelled. You are never charged more than the reservation.
- A job closes only when our executor reports that it has stopped running. A reservation is never returned because time has passed: a job can run for days, may continue after a technical interruption and is settled only when it closes. Until then the reserved amount is not available for other jobs.
- We may change prices at any time for future jobs. The prices reserved for a job that is already running do not change.
- Every top-up, reservation and return of an unspent reservation is recorded in the balance activity in your account. We may correct billing errors in either direction. If you believe a charge is wrong, tell us at
[email protected]within 30 days of the charge; after that, the balance activity in your account is deemed accepted. - Prices are stated in US dollars without VAT or sales tax. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that apply to your purchase, other than taxes on our income.
05
Top-ups in cryptocurrency
The balance is topped up only by sending USDT or USDC to the deposit address shown in your account; our deposit addresses belong to our account at the Binance exchange. One USDT or USDC is credited as one US dollar regardless of market rates. By sending a deposit you acknowledge and accept the following:
- You create a payment on the balance page for an amount within the limits shown there, and you can have only one open payment at a time. You must send exactly the amount, asset and network shown on the payment page, in a single transfer, within the time shown. Network fees are yours and must be paid on top of the amount: a deposit that arrives short because a fee was taken from it does not match the payment. Cancel a payment only if you have not sent anything for it.
- Credit is added automatically only when a deposit of exactly the expected amount, asset and network reaches our deposit address while the payment is open and Binance confirms it.
- Blockchain transfers are irreversible. A deposit sent with the wrong asset, network or amount, without an open payment, to a different address or from an unsupported service may be permanently lost. Whether to credit such a deposit, in whole or in part, is at our sole discretion; we have no obligation to recover or credit it and are not liable for its loss.
- Top-ups are final. Credited top-ups and your balance are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, paid out or exchanged back into cryptocurrency or any other currency, including when your account is closed or the Service is discontinued.
- You represent that the funds you send are yours and were obtained lawfully, that you are not subject to sanctions and that you are not acting for anyone who is. We may decline to credit or may hold any deposit, and may request identity or source-of-funds information, where we or our providers consider it necessary to comply with anti-money-laundering, sanctions or other laws.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures of blockchain networks, wallets, exchanges or Binance.
- We may add or remove supported assets and networks at any time; the current list is shown on the balance page.
06
Cancelling a job
- You can cancel a running job at any time on its page in your job history.
- Attempts that have not started are cancelled at once and are not charged. Attempts already in progress are allowed to finish and are charged if they become a click or a view.
- When the attempts in progress finish, the job closes and the unspent reservation returns to your balance as described in the billing section. The amount shown when you confirm the cancellation is an estimate at that moment.
- A cancellation cannot be undone; to continue, start a new job. A job that has already finished cannot be cancelled, and clicks and views already performed cannot be reversed.
- We may cancel a job, or stop individual attempts, where we suspect a breach of the Terms, where a country or a provider becomes unavailable, or for technical, legal or security reasons. Such a job is settled in the same way.
07
Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:
- start jobs for a domain that you do not own or are not authorised by its owner to promote; you must be able to show that authorisation on request;
- use the Service to harm any third party’s website, business or reputation, including traffic intended to distort a competitor’s statistics, exhaust its resources or provoke penalties against it;
- use the Service for advertising or click fraud: to generate or inflate impressions, clicks or conversions in any paid advertising, affiliate or pay-per-click programme, including advertisements displayed on the promoted website, or to present the traffic to an advertiser, buyer or partner as genuine user activity;
- promote a website that is unlawful in the country you target or in your own country, or that offers or links to unlawful content or activities, such as gambling or betting services offered without the licence required where they are offered, malware, phishing, fraud, counterfeit goods, child sexual abuse material or content that infringes intellectual property rights; you alone are responsible for the legality of the website you promote in the target country;
- enter as search queries personal data about other people, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing;
- use the Service in breach of any law, regulation or court order, to infringe the rights of any person, or to harass, defame or stalk any person;
- attack, probe, scan or overload the Service, introduce malicious code, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, authentication or any other security or technical measure;
- share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make your account or access available to third parties, or offer the Service to third parties as a reseller, without our prior written agreement;
- copy, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the Service beyond what applicable law expressly permits;
- use our name, logo or trademarks, or imply any affiliation with us or with Google, without our written consent.
Search engines, advertising networks and analytics providers have their own policies on automated traffic, and some laws regulate it. You alone decide whether and how to use the Service, and you alone are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and to the website you promote and with the terms and policies of any third party, including Google. We do not represent that any use of the Service complies with Google’s terms or policies or with any law, and nothing we say is legal advice.
We may monitor use of the Service for security, billing and compliance purposes, refuse or cancel jobs that we reasonably believe breach this section, set and change technical limits (job size, period, concurrency, request rates) and suspend or restrict access immediately where we suspect a breach. Where a breach causes us loss, we may set the loss off against your balance.
08
No guaranteed outcome and disclaimer of warranties
Behbot performs attempts; it does not sell or promise any outcome. We do not guarantee any change in your website’s rankings, visibility, organic traffic, conversions or revenue, nor that any share of attempts will find your result. The positions, pages, titles and other results we report are informational: they reflect what Google displayed to one browser session at one moment and may differ from what other users see.
Google alone decides what it displays. It may at any time change, personalise or localise its results and layout, show captchas, limit or block automated sessions, or take action against websites. Such events may cause attempts to be not found or to fail and are not a defect of the Service. We are not responsible for any action Google or any other third party takes in relation to you or your website, including ranking changes, penalties, removal from the index or the suspension of any account you hold with them.
We aim to keep the Service available, but we give no commitment as to uptime, the timing of attempts or their success rate, and we do not offer a service level agreement. Jobs depend on Google, proxy networks, captcha-solving services, Cloudflare, Binance and other third parties that we do not control; any of them may change, fail or block traffic at any time. Attempts are planned evenly over the period, but individual attempts may run later than planned, and we may perform maintenance at any time.
THE SERVICE AND THE RESULTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ATTEMPT WILL SUCCEED, THAT THE REPORTED RESULTS ARE CORRECT OR MATCH WHAT ANY PARTICULAR USER OF GOOGLE WOULD SEE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY RESULT FOR YOUR WEBSITE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded. In that case the exclusions above apply to the fullest extent permitted, and any non-excludable warranty is limited to the shortest period and the minimum remedy the law allows.
09
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, GOODWILL, DATA OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, THE RESULTS OR THE TERMS, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. We are in particular not liable for funds sent in breach of the payment instructions; for actions of Google, Cloudflare, Binance or any other third party; for any measure a search engine, advertising network or analytics provider takes against you or your website; or for the effect of the visits on your website, its hosting, its analytics or your advertising accounts.
Nothing in the Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence are not affected by the Terms.
10
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its owners, employees, contractors and providers from and against all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, fines, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service or the results; (b) your breach of the Terms or of any law; (c) any claim by a third party, including Google, the owner of any website or any advertiser, in connection with your jobs or the domains and queries you submit; (d) the content and legality of the websites you promote; or (e) any dispute between you and your own customers or users. We may take over the defence of any claim at your expense, and you will cooperate with us.
11
Intellectual property and feedback
The Service, including the website, the account dashboard, the software and all related content and marks, belongs to the Operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to the Terms and to the payment of your jobs, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service and to use the reports on your jobs in your own business. No other rights are granted.
Search results, websites and other content referred to in the reports belong to their respective owners. We claim no rights in them and grant none. Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you send us may be used by us freely and without compensation.
12
Suspension, termination and account deletion
The Terms apply from your first use of the Service until your account is closed. We may suspend or restrict the Service, cancel your running jobs or close your account immediately and without prior notice where we suspect a breach of the Terms, fraud, unlawful use or a risk to the Service, to other customers, to third parties or to us, and otherwise on reasonable notice. Cancelled jobs are settled as described in the billing section, and the balance remaining on a closed account is not paid out, as set out in the cryptocurrency section.
You may delete your account at any time in your profile, except while one of your jobs is still running or stopping: wait for it to finish or cancel it first. Deletion is permanent and has these consequences:
- your job history with its results, your balance activity and your payments are deleted at once;
- your remaining balance is forfeited, and an open payment is cancelled: funds sent for it afterwards cannot be credited, because there is no account to credit them to;
- the email address of the deleted account cannot be used to register a new account;
- we keep only the limited records described in the Privacy Policy.
Sections on billing, payments, acceptable use, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law and general terms survive termination.
13
Changes to the Terms
We may amend the Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website; the "Last updated" date at the top identifies the current version, and we record the version you accepted when you created your account. For material changes that reduce your rights we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email to your account address or by a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date is your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree, your only remedy is to stop using the Service and close your account before that date.
14
Governing law and disputes
The Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any proceedings you must send us a written description of the dispute at [email protected] and allow 30 days for an amicable resolution.
Any dispute that is not resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine. To the extent permitted by law, any claim against us must be brought within one year after it arose and only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. If you are a consumer, mandatory rules of your country of residence on jurisdiction and applicable law are not affected.
15
General
- We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including war, hostilities, acts of state, power or network outages, attacks on infrastructure, actions or changes by Google or other third-party platforms, failures of proxy networks or blockchain networks, sanctions and changes in law.
- If any provision of the Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- We may assign or transfer the Terms and our rights under them, in whole or in part, without your consent, including to a successor of the Service. You may not assign the Terms without our written consent.
- Notices to you may be given by email to your account address or by a notice on the website; notices to us must be sent to
[email protected]. - The Terms do not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship between us. Nothing in the Terms gives rights to any third party.
